Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.  We accept returns/exchanges for items except those as noted below.   Returns and exchanges require a return authorization.  Please contact us by email at support@globalautoparts.biz, by calling us at (209) 951-3761  (Mon-Sat 9:00am-6:00pm Pacific time), or by sending us an email through the contact form below.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt/invoice or proof of purchase, and the RMA # included with your return.

Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Upon receipt and inspection of your item, we will issue a refund within 48 hours.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please contact us by email (contact form below) or by calling (209) 951-3761 during regular business hours.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non refundable.  We recommend using a carrier service with tracking, such as USPS with delivery confirmation, UPS, or FedEx.
