Pentosin DOT 4 LV2 Low Viscosity Brake Fluid is specifically formulated to meet the BMW X5 4.6is requirement for a low viscosity brake fluid. This DOT 4 LV brake fluid *can* also be used in any vehicle that requires DOT 4 fluid, however, regular brake fluid should NOT be used to top off the BMW X5 4.6is, because it *requires* the low-viscosity formulation.
